Perfect Clinic s.r.o. provides professional services in the area of plastic surgery. The facilities are located in the premises of Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky in Prague.

Clients are taken care of by physicians certified in the area of plastic surgery. A team of knowledgeable anaesthesiologists and nurses operate in the clinic, which provides quality postoperative care. Permanent medical supervision is ensured; a fully equipped intensive care unit is available in case of need.

The Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Departments are located within the premises of Rehabilitation Clinic Malvazinky, as well; clients may use the services of physiotherapists, and complete care is supplemented with the option to use hydrotherapy procedures and a rehabilitation pool. All rooms are equipped with an individual bathroom, a telephone and a television.

Premises also include a restaurant with a café. The clinic is suitably located near the city centre, but still in a quiet part of Prague, with car parking availability.



Surgical procedures:

• Ear pinback - otoplasty. Otoplasty ear surgery concerns correction of prominent or deformed ears. It is best planned after the major ear growth (not before 6 years of age) and is performed under local anesthesia which lasts approximately one hour.

• Nose reshaping – rhinoplasty. Nose shape deformities are either congenital or acquired as a consequence of an injury. Rhinoplasty not only refines the shape of the nose but also improves breathing in which a nose is involved a great deal. The surgery is done after the major nose growth and after the age of puberty in order to avoid disturbing of the patient´s development and growth by an early intervention.

• Eyelid surgery – blepharoplasty. With eyelids being functionally highly prominent, this area displays first visible effects of complexion aging resulting in loss of skin elasticity and in forming excess skin on eyelids. Numerous other aspects can contribute, such as heredity, type of skin, regime, allergy, kidney diseases, etc.

• Lip augmentation. Lip augmentation can be achieved through implantation of either one´s own tissue or an artificial material into the lip, or through surgical method using the adjoining tissue.

• Facial and neck surgeries - facelift. Diminishing skin elasticity accompanied by formation of wrinkles on the face is a natural process of aging. The time of its noticeable occurrence varies individually, usually between 30 and 50 years of age. Besides other aspects, it is subject to a skin type, hereditary factors, one´s occupation, and exposure to the sun. Effects of aging in the face can be reduced by surgery which is called facelift.

• Foreherad lift. This surgery contributes to smoothening in the forehead area and to elevation of drooping eyebrows which is shifting lower down due to aging and makes the person´s eyes appear sad. For forehead lift either a conventional surgical method can be used or it may be performed with the use of an endoscope.

• Breast augmentation. Breast augmenting surgery is performed with the use of implants the qualities of which are tested and approved of by experts in studios. A higher incidence of tumoral diseases has never been proven in connection with the use of breast implants. The implants differ in shape (round, pear-shaped) and in size, which enables breast shaping at the pateint´s request naturally after a thorough consideration with the surgeon.

• Breast lift/reduction - mammaplasty. Mammoplasty is a surgery correcting the shape of breasts. Changes in shape of breasts usually follow the childbirth and breast feeding and also the massive weight reduction. The objective of this surgery is tightening, lifting and improving of the breast shape, often goes hand in hand with reduction of areolas.

• Liposuction (lipoplasty). One of the upleasant phenomena is increasing amount of fat deposits. Distribution of body fat differs with men and women and ranks among the secondary sexual characteristics. Areas with remarkable body fat deposits include buttocks, outer and inner sides of a thigh, the inner part of a knee, abdomen and a double chin. Excess fat in these spots can be removed by liposuction, i.e. fat suction through a liposuction cannula. This is not a method that would solve the problem of extensive overweight, but a method by which the body fat is removed from only those spots on the body where neither weight reduction diet nor physical exercise is carried out successfully.

• Tummy tuck - abdominoplasty. The indication to plastic improvements in abdominal area is either excess skin and fat (adipose) folds below the navel or weakening of abdomen caused by parting of abdomen muscles which frequently appears after childbirth. Also after massive weight reduction the skin fold loses elasticity, becomes even more extensive with further weight loss and it is not possible to get rid of it even by intensive physical exercise.

• Surgeries of thighs and arms. Aging brings reduced skin elasticity and its loosening not only in the area of face but also in the thigh and arm areas. Also with massive weight reduction excess skin and hypodermis are formed causing troubles both form the aesthetic point of view and the hygiene, and contribute to ecsema development.

• Surgeries of the genitals area. The surgery concerns corrections of outer genitals.

• Scar revision and skin excrescents removal. Scar revision, removal of birthmarks, fibromata, verrucae and other skin excrescents. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia and as an outpatient procedure.

• Correction of wrinkles - chemical peeling, botox injection implants

• Reduction of excess perspiration by application of Botox injections
